A Healthy Workplace Culture
What It Means and How to Build One
Creating and Sustaining It Using Worldview Intelligence Skills, Knowledge, Frameworks and Planning Models
As an executive, leader or manager in a business, NGO or government agency, how much thought have you given to the workplace culture you want to build and sustain, a Workplace Culture you want to be known for?
Many organizations are entering 2025 with historically low employee engagement and well-being levels, according to a number of research studies. Many feel disconnected from their organization's mission and are clearly struggling. While leaders and managers believe they are doing a relatively good job in communicating, employee recognition and feedback, this is in stark contrast to employee reports on the same subjects, in some cases there is a gap of 30% points between what managers believe and what employees report. These are indications that there is room for improvement in the health of Workplace Culture.
How much thought have you given to how to be strategic and intentional about creating a healthy workplace culture? Are your organizational goals well defined and shared, with a plan to achieve them? Are roles and responsibilities clear? Does everyone know how their efforts contribute to the vision and goals of the organization? Have you compared your perceptions with how healthy the work environment is with the perceptions of employees? How you answer these questions can make the difference in how successful thriving you can be as an organization.
People are attracted to organizations that have a Healthy Workplace Culture because employees are engaged and thrive. How do you enact this kind of culture change? At Worldview Intelligence, we have developed a repertoire of skills, knowledge and expertise through our work with clients based in the US, Canada, Bermuda, Australia and Europe over the last 15 years that have directly improved team performance and Workplace Culture.
Based on this, we have designed a number of opportunities for you to learn more about building and sustaining a healthy team or Workplace Culture. This includes free presentations; a 4-part interactive online series that goes into some depth about the components of a Healthy Workplace Culture; or reaching out to us to discuss how to build team or organizational capacity to do this important and game-changing work.
