What We Will Cover

In this 45 minute presentation we will share how building and sustaining a Healthy Workplace Culture is a strategic and competitive choice for an organization. We describe the characteristics of such a culture, how understanding worldviews and Worldview Intelligence create a foundation for healthy teams and Workplace Cultures and we and make the business case for doing so. We will provide a short overview of the 5 key components of a Healthy Workplace Culture and describe the 4-part virtual series we are offering in April 2025.

The 5 components are:

2. Psychological Safety and Belonging

3. Communication and Transparency

4. Employee and Stakeholder Engagement

5. Identifying and Tracking Metrics or Key Performance Indicators
