Options for Capacity Building - Worldview Intelligence provides the foundation.

About The Worldview Intelligence Organizational and Leadership Healthy Workplace Culture Capacity Building Options

Worldview Intelligence has a variety of Capacity Building options that will introduce you and your organization to patterns, practices and skills for a psychologically safe and healthier workplace.

Options begin with online webinars that offer a basic introduction to a Healthier Workplace Culture, sharing a few practices that can be implemented immediately. There are other options for multiple day learning and practice development – online, onsite or a combination of both.

The most comprehensive option for optimal results, sustainable over time, is a six-month program that includes multi-day onsite sessions, supported by interim virtual meetings, that begins with organizational and/or team assessments. This creates a practice ground where strengths and areas for improvement are identified and candid conversations that go along with that are supported for skill advancement. This ensures new behaviors, patterns, practices, processes and systems are built and embedded to support the sustainability of a Healthy Workplace Culture over time. These programs can be delivered throughout your organization or within specific departments.

A Comprehensive and Supported Healthy Workplace Culture Initiative and Experience

Approximately 6 Months in Duration

In this highly customized option, Worldview Intelligence will work with you and your organization over a period of 6 months, to help you gain the skills and knowledge needed and to embed the patterns and practices of a healthy, thriving Workplace Culture in your organization. We will ensure you have a thorough understanding of the 5 Core Components and that they are designed and implemented in this process.

This will start with the identification of a leadership team what will lead this initiative. It will involve in-person meetings and virtual support for learning and development, skill building and progress assessments. In addition to supporting and coaching the team, we will be available to coach team members one-on-one for specific issues or challenges related to implementation of the Healthy Workplace Culture.

Worldview Intelligence will also offer Worldview Intelligence and Healthy Workplace Culture training and development, as mutually identified, to teams or departments or across the entire organization to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment of worldviews.

Team and organizational assessments will be introduced at the outset. The results will be used to guide implementation strategies and action plans as well as the development of specific initiatives designed to improve your team and Workplace Cultures. These assessments provide baseline measures, along with other specific identified measures which could include absenteeism, sick leave or recruitment and retention measures.

Your team and employees throughout the organization will learn how to deal with conflict in useful and productive ways and build the trust and relationship foundational to a Healthy Workplace Culture. Toward the end of our time in working with you, assessments and measurements will be repeated to evaluate the effectiveness of the initiative, provide further feedback and inform the next steps in ensuring the health and well-being of your Workplace Culture.
